I’m Barbara from Career Wellness Partners & Live Your Genuine Coaching, a career and life transition coaching business I started in 2013. I hold a PCC with the ICF, spent close to 900 hours (and counting) in individual coaching sessions, co-facilitated career coach training classes for an ICF-approved program, and coach MBA students from across the globe at Lehigh University.
As a hiring manager and recruiter in my former life. I started this business to provide strategic job search coaching to job seekers. Quickly, I fell in love with the deeper value of coaching and the "inner work" of career discovery and transition.
Along the way, I've coached clients who have become coaches, fielded lots of questions from students in coaching certification programs, and realized that a new path was emerging for me. Now, I'm helping new career coaches get started small - until they're ready to go big.
